Welcome to Campze, the online platform and service provided by Campze, Inc (“Campze,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online and mobile services, websites, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Campze Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements or terms, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, schools, and any other entities that access the Service (each, a “User”).

1. Use of Our Service
Campze provides a platform for schools to find, plan, and manage experiential learning camps, facilitating connections between schools and camp providers.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be able to form a legally binding contract with Campze and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Use of the Service by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Campze.
Campze Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your institutional, non-commercial use and as permitted by the Service’s features. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Campze. We may terminate this license at our discretion at any time.
Account Creation and Management
You must create an account to use the full features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We encourage the use of “strong” passwords. 2. User Content

3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by or licensed to Campze. You may not use any branding, logos, or other proprietary graphics without our express permission.

Campze may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Campze is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

While using Campze, you agree to abide by common standards of conduct and safety, including:
- Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Respecting the rights and dignity of others.
- Not engaging in any behavior that could endanger the health or safety of other users or the public.
- Not posting or transmitting any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
8. Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to these Terms are to be settled by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Campze is established. An arbitrator, not a judge or jury, will conduct the arbitration. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Campze and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that Campze is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. 13. General Terms
Assignment
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Campze without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
Notification Procedures
Campze may provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business-related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Campze in our sole discretion.
Entire Agreement/Severability
These Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Campze in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Campze concerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Campze’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Service (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing us at support@campze.com. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the Feedback without restriction.

Campze reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
