Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Campze Referral Program. The following terms and conditions outline the details of our referral program, including eligibility, referral process, and fee payout. By using your unique referral code to introduce new customers to Campze, you can earn referral fees by these terms.

1. Eligibility
  1. You must be a registered user of Campze and have an account in good standing to participate in the Referral Program.
  2. You must comply with all the terms and conditions of Campze at the time of the referral and at the time the referral fee is paid.

2. Referral Code
  1. You will be provided with a unique referral code that you can share with potential new Campze customers ("Referees").
  2. You are encouraged to share your referral code with personal and professional contacts who have a genuine interest in Campze services.
  3. Distribution of your referral code on public platforms, through unauthorized advertising, or in a manner that is spam-like is strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Fee
  1. A referral fee of R 1000.00 (equivalent to $50.00) will be awarded to you for each Referee who uses your referral code and accepts a quote for services from Campze.
  2. The Referee must accept a quote with a minimum value of R 10,000.00 (equivalent to $500.00) for you to qualify for the referral fee.
  3. The referral fee is awarded on the basis of the Referee's first quote acceptance and is not applicable to any subsequent quotes or services procured by the Referee.
4. Payment of Referral Fee
  1. The referral fee will be paid to you after the Referee has accepted the quote and any applicable review period has passed.
  2. You are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations that may arise from the receipt of the referral fee.
  3. Referral fees will be credited to your Campze account or another payment method designated by Campze.

5. Modifications and Termination
  1. Campze reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program, including the referral fee, at any time. Such changes will be communicated to participants.
  2. The Referral Program can be terminated by Campze at its discretion without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Campze will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim related to errors in the referral code transmission or the Referee's failure to properly accept a quote under the terms of the Referral Program.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Campze Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

The Referral Program and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Campze operates.

The referral program should comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Campze retains the right to recover any referral fees paid out on fraudulent claims and to pursue any necessary legal action.
